First and foremost, the "Ask Me" survey will provide the administration, with the peace of mind of knowing that the individuals supported by Son-Grace Inc. will have a "say" in their day to day living. Son-Grace Inc. is working very hard to encourage, and empower the individuals to utilize their rights, thereby helping the agency's Quality Assurance Plan.

The "Ask Me!" Survey Results is available for the general public.

There is a formal documented review process in place, that monitors standards of practice and operations. Also every quarter, there is a review that involves the individuals Son-Grace Inc. supports. This is done by asking the individual about what is important to them in their lives, and how Son-Grace can assist them in obtaining their desired goals to their satisfaction

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of The Community?

Son-Grace Inc., encourages individuals to participate in community activities of their choices, from daily house needs to social needs; They are involved in the planning and are supported. Providing transportations, developing social and leisure skills.
