Discuss your quality assurance practices, including any agency accreditations

Every six months, a satisfaction survey is distributed to 15% of the individuals receiving services from the Recource coordination programs in Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary's counties. This is done to identify what individuals like in the delivery of services and any recommendation for improvements to be made. The Resuls are reviewed by the Tri-county Quality Assurance Committee and sent to the office of the Statewide Quality Assurance Chief with DDA.

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of Their Community?

Being mindful of the individual's interests and skills, community involvement is discussed through the Individual Plan process as part of socialization and vocational areas. Information is provided, according to interests, assistance, if wanted, to make it happen.
