About Rosewood Center

Rosewood CenterRosewood Center is located on a picturesque campus in Owings Mills, Maryland. The campus is comprised of 13 consumer residences; a Clinical Services Building that includes an outpatient clinic, infirmary as well as living area for consumers with medically fragile health conditions; and, 12 program and administrative support buildings. Rosewood's Therapeutic Program Services Building includes a vocational program and workshop sites, recreational facilities, a beauty shop, an indoor swimming pool and a beautiful outdoor pavilion overlooking a wheelchair accessible park.

The Center is licensed through the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Office of Health Care Quality to provide services to 257 individuals. Services at the Center include around the clock residential care, treatment and support. The Center is required to maintain federal certification as an ICF/MR and to comply with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
