Mission Statement

Unique or Distinctive Qualities

Q-Care, Inc. specializes in diversity. Q-Care's program is managed and staffed by employees with significant experience working with individauls with developmental disabilities.

Q-Care, Inc. serves all individuals with developmental disabilities and does not serve just one type of disability. Population served includes individuals with mild to severe disabilities. Q-Care's residential facility is handicap accessible.

The following are the core values that help Q-Care maintain its standards: respect, integrity, professional excellence and ethical.

Q-Care, Inc. has a committee to perform quarterly quality assurance functions for Q-Care, review Q-Care's protocol for identifying, reporting documenting, investigating, and reviewing incidents to ensure compliance with Administration procedures, monitor whether Q-Care's procedures are properly implemented by reviewing all incidents in an effort to identify deficient practices and recommend necessary corrective action

Q-Care, Inc's quality assurance plan focuses on the individual's choices, preferences, and satisfaction, and includes personal contact with the individuals being served. Q-Care's QA plan is based on measurable outcomes and results that are incorporated into IPs for the individual being served and incorporated into systemic changes in Q-Care's operation. Q-Care, Inc. periodically collects and evaluates data and analyze trends identified through QA activities.

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of Their Community?

Q-Care, Inc. promotes the active involvement of individuals served in their communities. The resources of the community are limitless and well utilized by all. Q-Care's program stresses full inclusiveness.

Q-Care, Inc. works with each individual on an individualized basis to determine the most appropriate means of promoting community involvement. As an organization, Q-Care, Inc. participates in community-sponsored events to develop cooperative relationships with other businesses and residents.
