Quality Assurance Plan and Annual audit by the Office of Health Care Quality.
Recruit members as volunteers both in National Multiple Sclerosis Society's office and at community programs and events.
For DDA services: Complete a DDA application and mail it to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Maryland Chapter who will then forward it to DDA
For Chapter Services: Complete a client registration form and become a registered member with the chapter.
Special Considerations/Comments: Chapter can only serve individuals who are diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
