Mission Statement

MedSource Community Services, Inc. is a private non-profit provider of the highest quality health and human services. MedSource designs supports through Person Centered Plans, which promote personal growth, opportunities for increased independence, and development of relationships. MedSource's support enhance dignity, rights, safety, health, choices, community membership and economic security.

MedSource Community Services has been very successful at finding solutions and overcoming barriers. MedSource will seek and respond to the feedback of people receiving services, as well as families, to refine and improve delivery of services.

The "Ask Me!" Survey has shown strengths in Personal Well-Being, Emotional Well-being and Material Well-Being. MedSource has scored average in the areas of Rights, Self Determination and Social Inclusion. As a result, MedSource has provided training for personnel, worked with providers of vocational services and modified how enhancing the quality of life of each person it supports.

Describe your quality assurance practices, including any agency accreditations

MedSource has an approved quality assurance plan. The data from the plan is submitted to the Developmental Disabilities Administration annually. Additionally, the data is collected and distributed to management on a monthly basis. Management utilizes the data to evaluate weakness and areas needing improvement.

MedSource offers assistance with transportation and staff for attendance at civic meetings, peer groups, social events and family events.
