Mission Statement
GATEWAY Residential Programs, Inc.'s mission is to provide a wide array of services to developmentally disabled adults in order to preserve dignity, self-esteem, independence, family, and community membership for all individuals ages 21 and over, regardless of gender, race, religion, or disability.
The residences are designed to provide living arrangements that are comfortable and home-like. The program is designed to provide support and supervision required for residents to enjoy life in their community.
Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply for Services
- Contact Agency either directly or through Resource Coordination.
- Obtain referral to agency from Resource Coordination or Gateway Residential Programs.
- Submit plan to DDA following approval
