Mission Statement

It is the mission of TCLE to provide programs and supports that will increase the vocational and personal potential of individuals with disabilities.

Unique or Distinctive Qualities

The goal is to provide services in a unique and individual manner for each of its participants, helping to improve their overall quality of life in the form of increased independence, integration into the workforce, and the opportunity for social interaction with others.

With full consideration for individual choice and preference, TCLE helps individuals connect with their communities through job placement, community based work crews, volunteer opportunities and regularly planned schedule of community based recreational activities. TCLE has a full service transportation system which supports the choices and preferences of its participants.

TCLE has a unique program called the "PALS" program. Realizing the need for individuals to experience a quality leisure and socialization program on a consistent basis, TCLE created a program which provides a different schedule each day so that participants can excercise choice regarding what specific activities they want to be involved with.
