Dominion is committed to providing quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental retardation and various diagnosis of mental illness with the belief that individuals deserve equal opportunities in the areas of education, employment, self-care, self-respect and interdependent lives.

What is Unique about Dominion is enriched individuals with opportunity to actively participate in all aspects of community life through supportive programs and services that ensure full independent lives in society. Dominion has designed various individualized self directed program and creating an array of seamless continuum qualitative activities that focus on the enhancement of individual adaptive functioning functioning and needs. Because of its inherent belief in the rights and dignity of individuals, Dominion is committed to the principle of self determination by working as a team with respect to their right, which includes program based on their choice and preference with respect to their right, which includes but not limited to their freedom of expression, courteous and respectful treatment, personal growth and independent lives as well as community integration, socialization, autonomy and increased public awareness.
Distinctive Qualities about Dominion include team work, timely response to individual and family needs, and above all members of its community are maximally utilizing individuals gift and talent for the betterment of its immediate society.

Dominion's Quality Assurance Standing Committee responds timely to the needs of individuals with behavioral issues in terms of monitoring Medical Progress Report and Behavior Management Progress Reports on Quarterly basis. Individual Satisfaction Survey Reports is carrying out Quarterly to measure the satisfaction and make recommendation for remedying areas of service that are not satisfactorily delivered.
