Discuss How Your Agency Has Utilized The "Ask Me!" Survey Results.

The results are used as a tool for the quality of measuring CSSD's services as it relates to the quality of life for the individuals.

Specific domains are measured to determine the areas of services that are satisfactory and those that are not.

CSSD compares the results with the internal Consumer satisfaction surveys to measure validity and focus on areas that need improvement.

The "Ask Me!" Survey Results is available for the general public

Describe your quality assurance practices, including any agency accreditations

The quality assurance practices include several internal tools for evaluating other programs services through Cosumer satisfaction surveys, employees satisfaction surveys and employee appraisals. The Standing Committee meets regularly to ensure that the Consumers's rights are not violated.
