To provide the highest quality community based supports designed to enhance the quality of life and increase the independence of people with developmental disabilities and special needs.

Unique or Distinctive Qualities

Flying Colors of Success provides supports and services to individuals with a broad range of special needs. Its roots are in services for individuals with behavioral and physical challenges.

Flying Colors of Success prides itself on being a leader in the development of fully accessible community residencies (ALU's).
Flying Colors of Success recently expanded its services to include non traditional day services. That is services that are not "facility based."

Continuous quality improvement is important to everyone at Flying Colors of Success, Inc. It employs a full time Quality Assurance Administrator who conducts site visits and trainings, as well as consumer interviews and surveys.

Flying Colors of Success, Inc. is licensed by the Developmental Disabilities Administration.

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of Their Community?

All of its services are based in the community. Everything that Flying Colos of Success does is geared toward supporting individuals to achieve the maximum level of independence and involvement that they desire.

Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply for Services

Call Flying Colors of Success, e-mail, or stop in to see them! Flying Colors of Success will be happy to discuss the applicants wants and needs, set up a visit to one of its homes, or develop individualized community based supports with and for the applicant.

Special Considerations: Flying Colors of Success is a small organization. This gives Flying Collors of Success significant flexibility in the design, development, and implementation of the services it provides!
