Discuss your quality assurance practices, including any agency accreditations

Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's County Resource Coordination have a joint Quality Assurance Plan to evaluate the services provided by Resource Coordinators. A survey is distributed to individuals receiving Resource Coordination and DDA licensed agencies. A committee reviews these responses and forwards and written written recommendations to the Program Manager

The Calvert County Health Department Resource Coordination is licensed by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Developmental Disabilities Administration.

How Does Your Agency Support People In Becoming Active Members Of Their Community?

The Resource Coordinators assist individuals and their families regarding resources in the community, possible funding sources to access services, and advocate for DDA funded services.
