Mission Statement

The mission is to provide individuals with developmental disabilities high quality services, support, compassionate care and encouraging them in making choices while gaining skills that will enable them to participate as fully as they choose in all aspects of life in the community.

Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply for Services

  • Eligibility and approval for funding from the Developmental Disabilities Administration
  • Contact agency directly or through service coordination
  • Invitation to the individual, family, and/or advocate to visit the requested program site.
