What makes St. Peter's unique is it's small size and homelike atmosphere which allows the services to be holistic in nature. A dedicated staff with little turnover allows individualistic care and easy communication among the families and/or caregivers. The staff is encouraged to be innovative and creative in the programs that are offered. The supported employment program at St. Peter's is based on Person-centered Planning. The staff at St. Peter's has been able to network with several area employers and benefits from its geographical location near to downtown and inner harbor area of the City.
