THE PROGRAM/MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Program/Management Team coordinates the allocation and utilization of resources for individuals with developmental disabilities in the region and ensures equitable and appropriate access to services for eligible individuals. The team provides programmatic and fiscal consultation to the provider agencies and resource coordinators and assists them in the delivery of services of high quality to developmentally disabled individuals living and working in the community. The areas reviewed and assessed in residential, support, vocational and day programs include environment, health and safety, community integration and other services provided by community agencies.

THE FISCAL TEAM

The Fiscal Team is responsible for funding services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Eastern Shore Region. Funding is accomplished through the use of contracts, grants and the Fee Payment System. The team is also responsible for developing and maintaining databases regarding recordkeeping systems, procurement, planning and data analysis. The team provides fiscal consultation to provider agencies and resource coordinators.
