The Eligibility Team

THE ELIGIBILITY TEAM is responsible for taking applications on individuals who are interested in applying for services through DDA. Eligibility determinations are made based on criteria set forth in the Annotated Code of Maryland (COMAR) 10.22.18. These regulations delineate the eligibility and access determination process involved in obtaining services.

The Financial Information Services Team

THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION SERVICES TEAM is responsible for funding services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Central Maryland Region. Funding is accomplished through the use of contracts, grants and the Fee Payment System. The team is also responsible for developing and maintaining data bases regarding record keeping systems, procurement, planning and data analysis.

The Courts Team

THE COURT TEAM ensures timely review completion and submission of all reports needed by and for the judiciary system in the Central Maryland Region for both adult and juvenile court. The court team will also attend court and represent the CMRO as required. The court team's responsibilities include ensuring all reports and required information is available to the court and the A.G.'s office timely. The CMRO court team is to ensure appropriate services are developed per the individual's needs and court's request.
