Mission Statement

To provide opportunities that allow adults with disabilities to enjoy increased self-determination in leading a more independent, valuable, and functioning role in society. These programs are professionally- managed and individually-designed to empower these adults to exercise higher levels of control over their lives.

Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply For Services:

Interested parties can call the Admissions's Department and a Community Outreach Coordinator will be available to provide information about the agency and assist in identifying if an individual may be a candidate for Providence Center's Services and walk the applicant through the application process.
